Terms & Conditions for Since 90 Design
1. Introduction
Welcome to since90design.com. This website is owned and operated by Since 90 Design. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, placing an order, or making a payment, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Our Services
We offer custom:
Graphic Design (e.g., logos, branding).
Packaging Design & Printing.
Signage Printing including but not limited to: Signboards, Banners, Hoardings, Flex prints, Neon sign boards, Vehicle graphics, Wall graphics, and other large-format prints.
Important: We do not provide reprints or remakes for any orders, including all types of signage and packaging. All sales are final.
3. Order Process & Quotations
Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
An order is considered confirmed upon receipt of a written approval (via email) of the quote and the required deposit payment.
We reserve the right to revise quotes if the project's scope or Client-provided specifications change after the initial quotation.
4. Pricing & Payment Terms
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total project cost) is required to commence work. This secures your slot and compensates for initial design time.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon final design approval and before the commencement of printing or the release of final digital files.
Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods specified in the invoice.
Late Payments: Projects will be put on hold if payments are not received as agreed.
5. Design & Approval Process
Client Responsibilities: The Client agrees to provide all necessary content (text, images, logos, brand guidelines, etc.) in a timely manner. The Client is responsible for ensuring all content is accurate, proofread, and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
Revisions: The project quote will include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.
Final Approval: The Client is responsible for thoroughly reviewing and providing written approval on all final proofs. Once a proof is approved, the Client assumes full responsibility for any and all errors. Production will commence based on the approved proof.
6. Intellectual Property (IP) & Rights
Client-Provided Materials: The Client warrants that any elements provided (logos, images, text) are owned by the Client or that the Client has permission to use them. We are not liable for any copyright infringement arising from materials supplied by the Client.
Design Copyright: We retain the copyright to all original design concepts and source files. Upon full and final payment, the Client is granted an exclusive, perpetual license to use the final delivered design artwork for its intended purpose.
Portfolio Rights: We retain the right to display any completed design work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials to promote our business.
Website Content Disclaimer: Some images on our site are sourced from third-party platforms for demonstration purposes, while others are our original creations. These are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent actual client projects.
7. Printing & Production
Colour Variation: We strive for colour accuracy but cannot guarantee an exact match between on-screen colours (RGB) and printed colours (CMYK). Variations can occur due to printing substrates, inks, and finishing processes.
Proofing: It is the Client's sole responsibility to check all proofs carefully for errors before giving final approval for printing.
8. Delivery & Shipping
Timelines: Any estimated production or delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping: The Client is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the Client upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
Inspection: The Client must inspect goods immediately upon receipt. Any claims for damage, shortage, or defect must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
9. Strict No Reprint or Remake Policy
Please read this section carefully before placing an order.
At Since 90 Design, we do not offer reprints, remakes, or refunds for any completed orders under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, the following products and situations:
All Signage Products: Signboards, Banners, Hoardings, Flex, Neon sign boards, Vehicle graphics, Wall graphics, and any other large-format prints.
Packaging Products: Boxes, labels, pouches, etc.
Errors in Approved Proofs: Once you give final approval on a proof, we will not provide a remake for any errors (spelling mistakes, typos, colour choices, or layout issues).
Colour Variations: Variations between screen and print, or between print runs, are inherent and do not qualify for a remake or refund.
Customer Dissatisfaction: Remakes or refunds are not provided for general dissatisfaction after approval and printing.
Damage During Shipping: We are not liable for damage during transit. We will assist in filing a claim with the courier, but we will not reprint the order.
File Issues: Orders rendered from incorrect, low-resolution, or flawed files provided by the Client will not be remade.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this "No Reprint or Remake Policy."
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to the Client for any claim shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
