Terms & Conditions for Graphic Design Services


Scope

1. Scope of Services

since9design.com provides graphic design services, including but not limited to: logo design, branding, social media graphics, poster/flyer design, and packaging design, as per the project requirements discussed and agreed upon with the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide all necessary content (text, images, brand guidelines, etc.) in a timely manner.

  • Clear and constructive feedback must be provided within the agreed revision rounds to avoid project delays.

  • Final approval of designs rests with the client. Once approved, no further changes can be made without additional charges.

3. Revisions Policy

  • The number of revision rounds (e.g., 2-3 rounds) will be specified in the project proposal.

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will be billed at a predefined hourly rate.

4. Copyright & Ownership

  • The client will own the final design files upon full payment.

  • since9design.com retains the right to display the work in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Turnaround Time

  • Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on client responsiveness and the complexity of changes.

  • Delays in client feedback may result in extended project completion time.

Cancellation & Refund

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If a project is cancelled after work has begun, a percentage of the total fee (based on work completed) will be charged.

  • No refunds will be provided once the final design is approved and delivered.

7. File Formats

  • Final designs will be delivered in the agreed-upon formats (e.g., JPEG, PNG, PDF, CDR, AI, PSD).

  • Source files (e.g., .AI, .PSD) will be provided only upon request and may incur additional charges.

8. Liability

  • since9design.com is not liable for any losses arising from the use of designs (e.g., trademark disputes, printing errors due to client-approved files).

Delhi Jurisdiction

9. Governing Law

  • All terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Reprint Policy


At since9design.com, we are committed to delivering the highest quality printed products. To ensure fairness and sustainability, our reprint policy is designed to address genuine errors while clarifying the responsibilities of both parties. Please read our policy carefully.

Reprints will not be provided under the following circumstances:

1. Incorrect or Improper Design File Submission

  • Reprints are not offered if the customer submits an incorrect, flawed, or improperly prepared design file. It is the customer's responsibility to review their files before final submission.

2. Requesting Changes During a Reprint

  • A reprint is a replication of the originally approved design file. No alterations, including changes to colour, text, or layout, will be accepted for a reprint order.

3. Failure to Follow Design Guidelines

  • Customers must adhere to all design submission guidelines provided (e.g., including bleed, using CMYK colour mode, and correct dimensions). Reprints will not be granted for orders that fail to meet these specifications.

4. Reprint Already Issued for an Order

  • A reprint will be provided only once per order. If an issue arises a second time with the same order, even if it is due to an error on our part, a second reprint or refund cannot be offered. Note: As we operate on minimal margins, we cannot bear the cost of multiple reproductions for a single order.

5. Return of Incorrect Order

  • For a reprint to be processed, the original incorrect order must be returned to us.

  • Local Pickup: In areas with our delivery service, we will arrange a pickup.

  • Courier Delivery: The customer must ship the entire incorrect order back to us at their own expense, OR provide a clear, unedited video showing the destruction of the entire order. The reprint will be initiated only upon receipt of the returned goods or approval of the destruction video.

6. Issues with Third-Party Courier Deliveries

  • For orders shipped via external transport or courier services (not our authorized delivery agency), since9design.com is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. Reprints will not be provided for such incidents.

7. Colour Variations

  • Exact colour matching is not guaranteed. Variations can occur due to our "batch printing" process, where multiple orders are printed together. Furthermore, colours on screen (RGB) will never perfectly match those in print (CMYK). Reprints are not offered for subjective colour variations.

8. Delivery Delays

  • No refunds or reprints will be provided for orders that experience delivery delays caused by courier services, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our direct control.

9. Complaint Time Limit

  • Any complaint regarding an order must be reported to us within 15 working days from the date of dispatch. Complaints received after this period will not be entertained.
